WELCOME

Dr. Edward's research explores the interaction model of personality, particularly as it applies to the stress process. She has studied the consistency of individual differences across situations as well as techniques for assessing these differences. Studies have been conducted on time stress in the laboratory as well as field studies of stress in employees of local businesses. Her research has focused on individual differences, for example trait anxiety and coping styles, that influence cognitive and emotional responses to stressful situations. Her laboratory maintains a NCR Sentry scanner and score box for scoring mark-sense forms and creating special forms, as well as five PC test stations.
